Garri is a fine to coarse granular flour of varying texture made from cassava tubers.The only addition to our WahalaFree Yellow garri is the addition of palm oil to give it a yellow color. We make our garri from 100% cassava tubers. Cassava is high in fibre and low in fat so you can eat healthily.
